Patrick Martin joined O’Donoghue & O’Donoghue in 2023. Mr. Martin represents the firm’s labor union and employee benefit fund clients in a broad range of legal matters, including matters arising under the NLRA, the LMRDA, ERISA, and a wide variety of federal and state statutes and regulations. Born and raised in a proud union household, Mr. Martin is committed to serving workers and the labor unions that represent them.

Prior to joining O’Donoghue, Mr. Martin worked for the United States Department of Labor as an Attorney Advisor in the Office of Administrative Law Judges where he where he handled administrative matters arising under the various statutes and regulations within the DOL’s purview including the Black Lung Benefits Act, the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, non-immigrant visa programs, child labor violations, federal contracts disputes, and whistleblower protections. During his time at the DOL, Mr. Martin was a proud member of the American Federation of Government Employees Local 2513.

Mr. Martin graduated cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2021. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Martin graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the AFL-CIO Union Lawyers Alliance. Mr. Martin is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
