Madison Slupe joined O’Donoghue & O’Donoghue LLP in January of 2022 as an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia Office. Ms. Slupe started with the firm as a summer law clerk in June 2020. Prior to becoming an associate, she served as in-house legal counsel for a Teamsters local in Pennsylvania.

Ms. Slupe represents the firm’s labor and employee benefit clients in wide range of matters arising under ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, the NLRA, and the LMRDA. She represents the firm’s employee-benefit fund clients in ERISA related litigation, is involved in labor-arbitration on behalf the firm’s labor clients, and assists with other matters arising under state and local laws.

Ms. Slupe graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 2021, where she was an associate editor for the Villanova Law Review. During law school, she completed two Peggy Browning Fund Fellowships as a law clerk for the Sheet Metal Workers Local Union No. 19 in 2019 and as the firm’s Peggy Browning Fellow in 2020. Ms. Slupe received her bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University in 2018 where she studied Labor and Employment Relations and was heavily involved with the local labor movement.

Ms. Slupe is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
