Jacqueline Canzoneri started with the firm in October 2020 at the Washington, D.C. office after graduating from Wake Forest University School of Law. Ms. Canzoneri works with national, regional, and local employee benefit plans, including pension, medical, apprentice and other welfare plans on issues arising under ERISA. In addition, Ms. Canzoneri maintains a robust labor law practice, and handles matters under the NLRA, LMRDA, FLSA, and other laws.

During law school, Ms. Canzoneri served as an Executive Online Editor for the Wake Forest Law Review and authored a law review comment which focused on the unionization of NFL Cheerleaders. After earning the highest grade in the Labor Law course, she externed at the National Labor Relations Board Region 11 in Winston-Salem, NC as a Field Agent. In 2019, Ms. Canzoneri was one of two law students, selected among North Carolina law schools, awarded the Chief Justice Sarah Parker Award for her demonstrated commitment to gender equality in the workplace with a specific focus on women in the building trades.

Prior to law school, Ms. Canzoneri received degrees in Global Gender Studies and Political Science magna cum laude from the University at Buffalo. Ms. Canzoneri authored a departmental thesis titled Organizing the Working-Class, Union Revival & the Path to Gender Solidarity in the Workplace.

She is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
