Dustin Loosbrock joined O’Donoghue & O’Donoghue LLP in 2023. Mr. Loosbrock represents the firm’s labor union clients in a broad range of legal matters arising under the NLRA, the LMRDA, and a variety of federal and state statutes and regulations.

Born and raised in a proud union household, Mr. Loosbrock has a demonstrated commitment to the labor movement. Before attending law school, he spent nearly twenty years as an Operating Engineer, which included a stint as a local union representative.

Mr. Loosbrock received his bachelor’s degree from Metropolitan State University, graduating summa cum laude in 2018. In 2023, he graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School with a concentration in labor and employment law. During law school, Mr. Loosbrock was awarded a Peggy Browning Fellowship and interned with the National Labor Relations Board.

He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Minnesota.
