Tyler McCaffery joined O’Donoghue and O’Donoghue as an associate in January 2022. Before becoming an associate, he worked as a law clerk for the firm in Spring 2020. Born and raised in a proud Union household, Mr. McCaffery is honored to represent working people and the Unions that serve them.

Mr. McCaffery’s practice includes assisting Union organizing campaigns and representing Unions in matters before the NLRB and relevant State agencies. He also assists with labor-related arbitration, litigation concerning employee benefit funds, and many other matters arising under the NLRA, LMRDA, ERISA, and other federal, state, and local laws.

Mr. McCaffery graduated magna cum laude from the Temple University Beasley School of Law. While in law school, he interned for a Judge on the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and completed a clerkship in the Office of the Solicitor of the U.S. Department of Labor, where he assisted in litigation under the FLSA and OSHA. Mr. McCaffery was President of the Temple Law Brehon Law Society.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. McCaffery received his undergraduate degree in criminology from the Pennsylvania State University in 2018. He is a member of the AFL-CIO Union Lawyers Alliance and the Philadelphia Brehon Law Society. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
