Scott M. Seedorf is a partner of O’Donoghue & O’Donoghue LLP, working out of the firm’s offices in Washington, D.C. and Annapolis, Maryland.  He is the Deputy General Counsel of the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO.

Since joining the firm, Mr. Seedorf’s practice has been devoted to the representation of labor unions.  He counsels and represents unions in all aspects of their operations and mission, including collective bargaining, contract administration, internal union governance, organizing and recruitment, and proceedings before the courts, the National Labor Relations Board, the U.S. Department of Labor and other bodies.

In addition, Mr. Seedorf works closely with unions on public policy priorities, campaign finance and lobbying law compliance, and a variety of other matters.  He also regularly speaks at conferences and seminars attended by union and apprenticeship training fund leaders.

Mr. Seedorf graduated from Wake Forest University in 2003 and the Wake Forest University School of Law in 2006.  He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland and is a member of multiple bar associations and the AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee.  In addition, he has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” in Washington, D.C. for three years running.
