Rebecca W. Richardson’s practice is focused on representing international and local unions and employee benefit funds. She represents clients in federal and state court litigation as well as in arbitrations and before administrative bodies such as the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Department of Labor. Ms. Richardson also provides counsel and guidance on a broad range of issues arising under the National Labor Relations Act, Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act and other federal statutes and regulations.

Ms. Richardson joined the firm in 2012 after serving as an Attorney-Advisor with the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission.  She is a 2010 graduate of Georgetown Law and received her B.A. from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois. She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Virginia, Maryland and New York.
