Michael Gillman joined O’Donoghue & O’Donoghue LLP as an Associate in July 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gillman worked in the General Counsel’s office of a large national labor union and before that practiced union-side labor and employee benefits law in Miami, Florida. He has represented unions and employee benefit funds before federal and state courts and agencies, including the National Labor Relations Board and the Federal Labor Relations Authority. His practice also includes advising union clients on various issues arising under federal and state laws, with a particular focus on union organizing campaigns.

Mr. Gillman received his bachelor’s degree from Furman University in 2010. He graduated cum laude from Notre Dame Law School in 2013, where he earned the ABA-Bloomberg BNA Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor and Employment Law. During law school he clerked for the Community Justice Project in Miami, Florida and for the Laborers’ International Union of North America as a Peggy Browning Fellow. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Florida.
