Kevin Mussman joined O’Donoghue and O’Donoghue’s Philadelphia office as an Associate in September 2025. Mr. Mussman provides counsel to the firm’s union and employee benefit fund clients on matters arising under the NLRA, the ERISA, and other federal, state, and local laws.
Mr. Mussman is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Georgetown University Law Center. During law school, Mr. Mussman worked as a law clerk at the American Federation of Government Employees, AFL-CIO, and as an extern at the National Labor Relations Board in the Contempt, Compliance, and Special Litigation Branch. He also worked as a Peggy Browning Fellow at a union-side law firm in Washington, D.C.
Prior to law school, he spent nearly a decade working in the hospitality industry in Chicago. He is a member of the AFL-CIO Union Lawyers Alliance. Mr. Mussman is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia.
