Kevin Dill joined O’Donoghue & O’Donoghue as an associate in September 2019. He worked as a law clerk for the firm during law school before becoming an associate. His practice consists of assisting the firm’s union and employee-benefit fund clients on a variety of issues, including matters arising under the NLRA, the LMRDA, and ERISA.

Mr. Dill graduated with high honors from The George Washington University Law School in 2019, where he received the Laurence E. Seibel Memorial Award in Labor and Employment Law for excellence in the areas of labor and employment law and the Jennie Hassler Walburn Award for excellence in the area of civil procedure. He also was an associate member of The George Washington Law Review and spent time during law school clerking for the U.S. Congress Office of Compliance (now named the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights).

Prior to law school, Mr. Dill received a degree in Political Science from Reed College after writing a thesis on political subjectivity in airport security checkpoints. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
