Joshua A. Lowery is a Partner with O’Donoghue & O’Donoghue LLP. Since joining the firm in April 2014, he has been involved in a number of the firm’s practice areas, including in matters arising out of the NLRA, ERISA and other federal, state and local laws. Mr. Lowery has worked with labor organizations and others in the construction industry on public policy efforts across the federal and state government sectors. He also advises and advocates for labor clients in organizing and general matters.

Before beginning his legal career, Mr. Lowery worked at an economic and policy consulting firm in Baltimore, Maryland from 2008 until 2013. He is a 2013 graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where he served as the evening class president. In the summer of 2012, he was a Peggy Browning Fellow for O’Donoghue & O’Donoghue LLP. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, he worked as a Policy Analyst for the Maryland Department of Legislative Services.

Mr. Lowery is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland. He is a member of the AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee, the American Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association’s Section of Labor & Employment Law.
