Jorge Salles Diaz joined O’Donoghue & O’Donoghue as an associate in September 2024. Mr. Salles Diaz represents and provides counsel to the firm’s union and employee benefit fund clients in a broad range of legal matters, including matters arising under the National Labor Relations Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act and other federal statutes and regulations.

Prior to his legal career, Mr. Salles Diaz worked as a community organizer in Nashville, Tennessee for approximately four years.

Mr. Salles Diaz graduated from Vanderbilt Law School where he was a Chancellor’s Law Scholar, president of the Labor and Employment Law Society, and member of the Moot Court Board. During law school, he completed a Peggy Browning Fellowship at a labor law firm in Upstate New York.

Mr. Salles Diaz is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
