Jennifer Simon’s practice is focused on representing international and local unions and employee benefit funds with an emphasis on litigation. She represents clients in federal and state court as well as in arbitrations and before administrative bodies such as the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Department of Labor. She also provides counsel and guidance on a wide array of labor issues. Ms. Simon is an active participant in the firm’s pro bono program.
Ms. Simon graduated from Northwestern University and New York University School of Law.
She joined O’Donoghue & O’Donoghue in 2005 after working as a Field Attorney at Region 5 of the National Labor Relations Board. From 2010 to 2014, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Emmet G. Sullivan of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. She returned to the firm in 2014.
Ms. Simon is a member of the District of Columbia and Maryland Bars as well as a member of numerous federal district and appellate courts, as well as the United States Supreme Court.
