Grace DuBois joined O’Donoghue & O’Donoghue as an Associate in September 2024. Before becoming an Associate, Ms. DuBois worked as a law clerk and Summer Associate with the firm during her second and third years of law school.

Ms. DuBois’s practice consists of assisting the firm’s union and employee benefit fund clients on a variety of issues, including matters arising under ERISA, the NLRA and other federal statutes, and local and state laws.

Ms. DuBois graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. In 2024, Ms. DuBois graduated summa cum laude from the American University Washington College of Law. In 2022, Ms. DuBois was a Peggy Browning Fellow and externed at the Department of Labor. While in law school, Ms. DuBois served as a Senior Articles Editor of the Administrative Law Review.

Ms. DuBois is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
