Eamon Coburn joined O’Donoghue & O’Donoghue as an Associate in September 2025. Mr. Coburn previously worked as a Summer Associate with the firm in 2024. Mr. Coburn assists the firm’s union and employee benefit fund clients on matters arising under the NLRA, the ERISA, and other federal, state, and local laws.
Mr. Coburn graduated from Yale Law School, where he organized with Local 33-UNITE HERE to win a graduate worker union. He also worked as a Peggy Browning Fellow at a teachers’ union and as an intern at the National Labor Relations Board. Before law school, Mr. Coburn worked as an analyst at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and was detailed to the White House National Economic Council. He also served as a steward for his union, National Treasury Employees Union Chapter 335.
Mr. Coburn is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
