Diana Cohn joined O’Donoghue & O’Donoghue in 2013.  Ms. Cohn represents the firm’s union and employee benefit fund clients in a broad range of matters. She has represented clients in litigation in federal and state courts and before the National Labor Relations Board, Federal Labor Relations Authority, and Merit Systems Protection Board. Her practice also includes counseling union clients regarding organizing and internal affairs.

Ms. Cohn received her bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in 2008. She graduated cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2013, earning the John F. Kennedy Labor Law Award for best overall performance in the field of labor law. During law school, Ms. Cohn clerked for the National Labor Relations Board Division of Judges, the Service Employees International Union, and the Department of Labor. She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
