Caroline Coulter joined the firm as an associate in September 2025, after completing a one-year clerkship with the Honorable Noah Franzblau, Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Ms. Coulter represents and provides counsel to the firm’s union and employee benefit fund clients in a broad range of legal matters, including matters arising under the National Labor Relations Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act and other federal and state statutes and regulations.

Ms. Coulter graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law where she received an Award of Excellence for Superior Academic Performance in Labor and Employment Law and served as vice president of her university’s Labor and Employment Law Forum. While in law school, Ms. Coulter worked as a Peggy Browning Fellow for the Communications Workers of America in Washington D.C.

Prior to law school, Ms. Coulter graduated from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Labor Studies and Employment Relations. She is a member of the AFL-CIO Union Lawyers Alliance. Ms. Coulter is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
