Andrew Costa-Kelser joined O’Donoghue & O’Donoghue LLP as a law student in December 2010 and became an Attorney with the firm in June 2012 upon his graduation from law school.

Mr. Costa-Kelser represents the firm’s labor and employee-benefit fund clients in matters arising under the NLRA, the LMRDA, ERISA, and other federal statutes. He is involved in ERISA litigation on behalf of the firm’s employee-benefit fund clients and labor-related litigation and arbitration on behalf of the firm’s labor clients.

Mr. Costa-Kelser graduated cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law and graduated magna cum laude from Temple University, where he studied African-American Studies, Economics, and Political Science. He is a former Peggy Browning Fellow in the Employment Unit at Community Legal Services in Philadelphia, PA, where he represented low-wage workers experiencing barriers to employment and maltreatment in the workplace. He also worked with the Restaurant Opportunities Center-Philadelphia, a restaurant-workers collaborative in Philadelphia, PA.

Mr. Costa-Kelser is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, and various federal district and appellate courts. He is a member of the AFL-CIO Union Lawyers Alliance, the National Lawyers Guild Labor & Employment Committee, and the Justinian Society, a bar association for attorneys of Italian ancestry.
