Katelyn Davis joined O’Donoghue & O’Donoghue as an associate in September 2018. She worked as law clerk for one year before becoming an associate. Her practice consists of handling matters arising under the NLRA and ERISA and representing the firm’s union and employee benefits clients.
She graduated cum laude from American University, Washington College of Law in May 2018. During law school, she clerked for the American Federation of Government Employees and Just Neighbors. She was also a Note & Comment Editor for the Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Davis served for three years as a Young Adult Missionary with the General Board of Global Ministries of the United Methodist Church. In this role, she spent 18 months living in Hong Kong and working at the Asia Pacific Mission for Migrants as a research and advocacy intern. Following her time in Hong Kong, Ms. Davis worked at the Worker’s Defense Project in Dallas, Texas for an additional 18 months.
Ms. Davis received her undergraduate degree from Smith College in 2011. She is admitted to practice in Virginia.
