Rebecca Daily joined O’Donoghue & O’Donoghue as an associate in September 2018. Previously, Ms. Daily worked as a law clerk in the firm’s Philadelphia office for one year. Her work with the firm includes matters arising under ERISA, the NLRA, as well as other federal and state laws.

Ms. Daily graduated cum laude from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia, where she was a member of Temple Law Review. During law school, Ms. Daily took part in numerous experiential opportunities related to workers’ rights. Specifically, she helped represent wage theft victims, unemployment compensation claimants, criminal record expungement petitioners, and, as a Peggy Browning Fellow, farmworkers. Ms. Daily also co-authored the first baseline research report on Pennsylvania’s temporary staffing industry.

Ms. Daily received degrees in American Studies and Spanish Language summa cum laude from Fordham University. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
