Andrew Kelser joined O’Donoghue & O’Donoghue LLP as an Associate in June 2012. Prior to becoming an Associate, Mr. Kelser served as a law clerk in O’Donoghue & O’Donoghue LLP’s Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Office for two years.
Mr. Kelser represents the firm’s labor and employee-benefit fund clients in matters arising under the NLRA, the LMRDA, ERISA, and other federal statutes. He is involved in ERISA litigation on behalf of the firm’s employee-benefit fund clients and labor-related litigation on behalf of the firm’s labor clients.
Mr. Kelser graduated cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law and graduated magna cum laude from Temple University, where he studied African-American Studies, Economics, and Political Science. During law school, Mr. Kelser worked at various organizations where he advocated for workers’ rights. Specifically, he represented low-wage workers as a Peggy Browning Fellow in the Employment Unit at Community Legal Services in Philadelphia, PA. He also worked with the Restaurant Opportunities Center-Philadelphia, a restaurant-workers collaborative in Philadelphia, PA. Additionally, Mr. Kelser advocated for LGBT clients in myriad legal contexts and domestic violence victims in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
Mr. Kelser is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee, the National Lawyers Guild Labor & Employment Committee, and the Justinian Society, a bar association for attorneys of Italian ancestry.
